Key Responsibilities
- Routine Maintenance: Inspect and service bathroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, drains, and valves.
- Emergency Repairs: Fix sudden pipe bursts, water leaks, and severe drain clogs promptly with minimal guest disruption.
- Preventive Care: Execute periodic checks on water heaters, booster pumps, and sewage ejector systems.
- Cross-Department Support: Respond to work orders logged by housekeeping or the front desk and assist other engineering staff with general handyman tasks.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow hotel safety rules, local plumbing codes, and lock-out/tag-out safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or vocational training (ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or mechanical trades).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably within a hospitality or large commercial setting.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of drainage and water supply layouts, effective basic communication, and good problem-solving abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
