Web Designer Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Web Designer works on the creative side of producing a website. Be able to create Web and Mobile design mock ups, wire frames, interactive components and prototype. The candidate should have designing visual elements for use online, reflecting the company’s branding and design aesthetic, create layouts for landing pages, product pages and other areas of the website and test different designs to see which are most effective. to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be able to create Web and Mobile design mock ups, wire frames. Experience with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Be able to create Website & Web Application Designs supporting all modern browsers.
- Be able to create Admin Back-end Dashboard Layout designs
- Be able to create Responsive Web Designs
- Should be able to perform Layout Conversion in XHTML / HTML5 / CSS3
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website
- Creating Photoshop Design File (PSDs) for visual layout of web pages and converting designs into HTML and CSS
- Working with other teams to meet company-wide targets
- Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance
- Liaising with Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time
Key Skills
Knowledge of UI/UX., XHTML / HTML5 / CSS3 , Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
