Performance Marketer
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Run campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Track leads, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
- Conduct audience and keyword research.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad requirements.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.
Skills:
- Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in performance marketing is preferred.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
