BDM role
* 3–8 years of experience in business development, specification sales, project sales, or channel sales within modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, building materials, interior products, or architectural solutions.
* Strong network and experience working with interior executors, interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants.
* Good understanding of modular cabinetry concepts, space planning, cabinet configurations, materials, hardware, and common site execution challenges.
* Proven ability to generate business through relationship building, specification selling, and partner development rather than direct retail sales.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.
* Ability to translate technical product features into practical customer and business benefits, positioning the brand as a solution rather than just a product.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, digital sales tools, and the Kabiner e-commerce platform to register partners, track opportunities, and support the sales process.
* Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong planning, follow-up, and pipeline management skills.
* Passion for creating long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet specifiers, conduct presentations, and drive Experience Centre visits.
