Key Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer communication.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and service requests.
- Coordinate with field employees for service execution.
- Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise on-site (field) operations and handle escalations.
- Maintain records, reports, and service tracking.
