Job Description
Shorat Innovations Pvt Ltd is hiring passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Trainers for our Solapur branch. We are looking for candidates who can train students in Full Stack Development and help them build strong technical and placement skills.
Responsibilities
* Train students in Java Full Stack Development
* Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlet, JSP, Hibernate, Spring Boot
* Train students in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, SQL, and Git
* Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and mock interviews
* Guide students in projects and placement preparation
* Monitor student performance and provide mentorship
* Maintain classroom discipline and professional learning environment
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Java Full Stack Technologies
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of React JS and Spring Boot preferred
* Ability to handle both offline and online training sessions
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Eligibility
* BE / BTech / MCA / MSc IT / Any Graduate with relevant skills
* Freshers with excellent technical knowledge can also apply
* Experienced trainers preferred
