This is a high-ownership Paid Media Specialist role where you’ll manage 2–4 B2B SaaS accounts end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for:

Strategy, execution, and optimization

Driving pipeline and revenue outcomes

Using AI tools and workflows daily

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads

LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
-
Reddit Ads, X (Twitter) Ads
-
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing aligned to revenue goals
-
Build and refine audience segments:
-
Intent-based, firmographic, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes
-
Ensure accurate tracking:
-
Conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM integration
-
Develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue
-
Run structured experiments (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding)
-
Analyze performance across channels and reallocate budgets based on impact
-
Use AI tools for: Ad copy, research, analysis, and optimization
-
Automate reporting and repetitive workflows
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Copy, Creative, SEO, RevOps)

Participate in client calls with insights and recommendations
-
Launching and scaling campaigns across:

Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta

Reddit and X (yes, we experiment where others don’t)

Managing budgets, bids, and pacing tied to revenue goals

Building smart audiences:

Intent-based, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes

Writing and testing ad copy — with AI as your co-pilot
