A Store Executive is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supporting sales targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate with store staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store activities efficiently
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers and provide product information
- Achieve sales targets and promote products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Inventory Management
- Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Staff Coordination
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Support training and onboarding of new employees
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports
- Track daily transactions and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, retail management, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
