Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Business Development to drive bookings for our hotel and banquet properties. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from:
- Corporates
- Travel agents
- Wedding planners
- Event companies
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
- Drive bookings for rooms, banquets, and events
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 1–6 years experience in hotel sales / banquet sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Additional Information
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed
