Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our co-working spaces. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, building client relationships, and promoting workspace solutions to startups, SMEs, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and references
- Identify and build new core channels for sales
- Develop alternate channels for passive sales
- Manage Inside Sales
- Manage Sales Database and ensure maximum conversion
- Conduct site visits and give workspace tours to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable co-working solutions
- Convert leads into closures and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with operations and admin teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Prepare and share sales reports, MIS, and updates with management
- Should be adaptive towards new challenges and have a positive attitude
KRA & KPA:
- Ensure KRA’s & KPA’s are met as per the set annual goals.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, pitch effectively, and close deals.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products/services and market trends.
- CRM Proficiency: Skill in using CRM tools to manage client relationships.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, including active listening.
- Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet targets and resilient to setbacks.
- Customer Focus: Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business development (co-working/real estate/hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client interactions and closures independently
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Basic AI Tools Experience & Knowledge
