Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment, lead generation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment databases.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and online research.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Share candidate profiles, collect feedback, and provide timely updates.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
