Own architecture end-to-end and lead the delivery of production-grade AI-first systems.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development with the ability to take ownership from day one.
- Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, Node.js, and modern full-stack development.
- Experience building AI-first applications, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, guardrails, and practical AI workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, and scalable application architecture.
- Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ChromaDB, and Percona for database design and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, caching strategies, query optimization, and system reliability.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, environment management, and deployment best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following high engineering standards.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving root causes.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of modules, and deliver production-ready features with minimal supervision.
- Experience participating in code reviews, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.
