Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in poultry feed manufacturing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations to achieve optimal production levels.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain processes.
- Manage activities related to safety, quality, inventory management, productivity, innovation, supply chain management, and other key deliverables.
- Ensure accountability for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
- Motivate, train, and develop employees while maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure smooth operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of poultry feed manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
