Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure and automation processes. Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack, or Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and automate deployment pipelines utilizing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and PowerShell scripts to streamline software releases.
- Manage containerization systems including Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate microservices architecture and ensure seamless application scaling.
- Monitor system health and performance with IT monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, Elasticsearch, and custom log analysis to proactively identify issues.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies and high availability solutions to safeguard critical enterprise applications and data.
- Collaborate with development teams on requirements gathering for infrastructure needs while supporting agile software development practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Linux administration, web servers (Apache NGINX), application servers (Weblogic, WebSphere), databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and network configurations including DNS and TCP/IP protocols.
- Ensure cloud security best practices are followed by managing identity & access management (IAM), firewalls, VPNs, and incident response procedures.
Skills
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack, or Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in containerization systems including Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable applications.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Perl or Ruby to automate workflows.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components like VMware virtualization, UNIX/Linux administration (CentOS), Weblogic/WebSphere application servers.
- Knowledge of build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins or TFS for continuous integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment processes involving T-SQL/PL-SQL databases like MySQL or Oracle; experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
- Ability to implement disaster recovery plans and high availability architectures ensuring system resilience.
- Expertise in network administration including DNS configuration, TCP/IP protocols, WAN/LAN management for distributed systems environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Splunk for log analysis and system troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), CI/CD pipelines, release management and automation strategies.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
