About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 1 + year of experience to create visually engaging designs for both digital and print media while managing the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing collaterals.
- Create branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, and promotional creatives.
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, email creatives, and digital marketing materials.
- Edit images, create visual compositions, and develop engaging graphics.
- Design and edit reels, short videos, stories, carousels, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready design files.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and suggest creative ideas to improve reach and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 1 + year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience in designing high-quality marketing creatives and social media content.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos.
- Experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
