Job Overview
Warehouse International Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory-related accounting entries.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com or MBA (Finance).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
