- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office supply inventory, and ensure facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and confidential files. Ensure administrative practices follow internal policies and legal regulations. [1, 2]
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR and Finance teams with tasks like onboarding, leave management, and processing vendor invoices/expense reports.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external vendors, and office visitors.
