For this position we require a candidate with a Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering; this role will be the incharge or manager of the Machine Shop.
Key Responsibilities Mastercam programming and process planning CNC/VMC setup and machining optimization Machining of knee, hip, and precision orthopaedic implants Handling daily production and shop floor activities Supervising operators and troubleshooting machining issues Ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance
Required Skills 4–5 years of CNC/VMC machining experience
- Expertise in orthopaedic implant machining
- Strong knowledge of Mastercam
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings
- Experience machining CoCrMo, Titanium, Stainless Steel & UHMWPE
- Leadership and manpower handling skills
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
