Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and workstation hardware.
- System Reliability: Monitor system performance to ensure high uptime for patient care systems.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures (firewalls, anti-virus) and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Data Protection: Perform regular backups and execute disaster recovery plans.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and helpdesk support for staff regarding software and hardware issues.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts and assign role-based access permissions.
