Job Summary
Vandana Senior Secondary School is seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive School Coordinator to oversee daily academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents to ensure the smooth functioning of the school while maintaining high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day school operations.
- Monitor academic planning, lesson implementation, and curriculum execution.
- Guide and support teachers in maintaining quality classroom instruction.
- Prepare academic schedules, timetables, examinations, and school activities.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment across the campus.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school initiatives.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with school management to implement policies and improve educational outcomes.
- Handle administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Principal.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and B.Ed. preferred.
- Previous experience as a School Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, or in a similar educational leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic school management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, parents, and management.
