We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can balance laboratory excellence with project coordination and client communication. From microbiological validations to handling formulation enquiries and coordinating with R&D teams, this role is perfect for someone who wants exposure beyond the laboratory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Microbiology & Validation Activities
- Perform water analysis and finished product analysis.
- Execute water system validation and maintain trend charts.
- Handle SOP revisions, change controls, and documentation activities.
- Perform culture titre and subculturing of microorganisms.
- Conduct cleaning validation sample analysis.
- Perform disinfectant validation, GPT, and GIT of media.
- Carry out environmental monitoring activities.
- Execute hold time studies and drain time studies.
- Perform autoclave validation and maintain related records.
- Handle calibration of laboratory instruments including microscope, balance, water bath, and colony counter.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements including KFDA and Japanese FDA projects.
Sales Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate with R&D and ADL teams for project-related discussions and query resolution.
- Handle enquiries related to APIs, formulations, and finished products.
- Identify and coordinate with manufacturers for sourcing requirements.
- Search Domestic & International RLDs and support product development activities.
- Assist in brand name research and coordination.
- Track projects from initiation till technology transfer.
- Follow up with internal departments for pending tasks, documentation, and project timelines.
- Support HODs in coordination and administrative activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
We’d Love Someone Who:
- Has strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understands pharmaceutical microbiology, validation, and documentation practices.
- Knows GMP and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Can multitask, follow up aggressively, and keep projects moving.
- Is proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Chemical industry preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Exposure to regulatory audits and validation activities.
- Understanding of formulations, APIs, and pharma sourcing.
- Good command over MS Office, documentation, and reporting.
