Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple branches/units within a defined geographic cluster. The role involves driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing team performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of progressive experience in operations, sales, or branch management, with proven leadership and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Management
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the cluster.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor P&L performance and optimize profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
2. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all branches/units.
- Implement standardized processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers and their teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance and positive work culture.
4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service.
- Address escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory guidelines.
- Mitigate operational risks through effective monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in multi-unit/branch management.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
