Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, high-energy professional to manage our office operations and support our sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who is exceptionally organized (HR/Admin) but also possesses the persuasive communication skills needed to drive business (Sales). You will be the "engine" of the office, ensuring smooth internal processes while acting as a key point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Relations
- Lead Management: Respond to initial inquiries via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email with speed and professionalism.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with existing leads to ensure no business opportunity is missed.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and professional presentations for high-end clients.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep an updated record of client interactions and project statuses.
2. HR & Office Administration
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for new hires.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the induction process for new team members, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, stationary supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain digital and physical files related to projects, employee records, and company policies.
3. Executive Coordination
- Scheduling: Manage calendars and coordinate meetings between the leadership team and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Draft professional correspondence and internal memos.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Experience: 3–5 years in a mix of Administrative and Sales/Business Development roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal). Ability to write short, impactful professional messages.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), CRM software, and professional social media (LinkedIn).
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing or trading environment.
