Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Cardyrix Diagnostics
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time (Field + Office Based)

Salary: Upto 25,000 + Performance Based Incentives

Cardyrix Diagnostics is a pathology and microbiology diagnostics laboratory committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and timely diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business leads and expand the customer base independently.
- Promote diagnostic services and health packages offered by Cardyrix Diagnostics.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, health camps, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Achieve business growth targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Pathology, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Laboratory industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and business opportunities independently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative work.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in diagnostic center, pathology laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing sales.
- Familiarity with the local healthcare ecosystem in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
