We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can independently handle the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable tenders to preparing and submitting bids within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant Government and Private Tenders.
Handle tender portals such as GeM, CPPP and State E-Procurement Portals.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions.
Prepare Technical and Financial Bids.
Prepare and manage tender-related documents and certificates.
Handle BOQ, EMD, Tender Fees and other submission requirements.
Complete online tender submission accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate for required documents, quotations and approvals.
Maintain records of submitted, ongoing and completed tenders.
Track tender results, work orders and further requirements.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and concerned departments when required.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with the tender requirements.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tender Management & E-Tendering
Experience with GeM / CPPP / Government E-Procurement Portals
Good knowledge of Bid Preparation and Tender Documentation
Knowledge of BOQ and Financial Bid Preparation
Excellent MS Excel and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines
Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Government Tenders, GeM Bidding, CA/Consultancy Firm Tenders, Financial/Accounting Service Tenders or Professional Service Tenders will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
