We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
