Job Description
We are looking for a React Native Developer who is interested in building mobile games and interactive app features. The candidate will work on mobile screens, animations, basic game logic, API integration, and smooth user experiences for Android and iOS applications.
This role is suitable for candidates who have good React Native and JavaScript knowledge and are willing to learn and work on mobile game-based applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop mobile app screens and game-based features using React Native.
- Create interactive and responsive UI for Android and iOS apps.
- Work on basic game logic such as scoring, timers, levels, rewards, and user progress.
- Add animations and simple interactive effects to improve user experience.
- Integrate REST APIs using Axios or Fetch.
- Handle local storage, login sessions, and user data.
- Debug and fix UI issues, bugs, crashes, and performance problems.
- Test the application on different screen sizes and devices.
- Work with designers and backend developers to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and understandable code.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in React Native development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / ES6.
- Experience with React Native components, hooks, and navigation.
- Knowledge of React Navigation.
- Basic understanding of state management.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Basic knowledge of AsyncStorage or local storage.
- Understanding of responsive mobile UI design.
- Basic experience with animations using Animated API, Reanimated, or Lottie.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Interest or experience in mobile game development.
- Experience with libraries like Reanimated, Gesture Handler, SVG, Sound, or Lottie.
- Basic knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, analytics, rewards, or leaderboards.
- Experience with React Native CLI will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Android Studio or Xcode is a plus.
Qualification
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, IT, or related qualification preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience and good project work can also apply.
