Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management, and Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and Professionalism.
