Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Junior Holiday Consultant to join our team. The role involves assisting clients with holiday planning, researching destinations, creating personalized travel itineraries, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the booking journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in planning holiday packages
- Managing bookings and travel arrangements
- Coordinating with hotels, and transport providers
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Staying updated with the latest travel trends and destinations
This is a full-time onsite role based in Kerala. Work-from-home opportunities are available for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2C sales experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is preferred.
- Good research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and itinerary planning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is an added advantage
- Preferably a graduate in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
