1. Business Development and Revenue Growth
- Drive EXIM sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.
- Retain and grow business from existing customers through regular engagement and solution-based selling.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming shipments and identify opportunities for increasing cargo volumes.
- Promote multimodal logistics solutions including rail transportation, inland terminals, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.
- Develop strong relationships with Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, CHAs, NVOCCs, and other industry stakeholders.
- Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Stakeholder Co-Ordination
- Coordinate with Shippers, CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Operations Teams, and Shipping Lines for smooth cargo movement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments.
- Facilitate smooth customs clearance and cargo handling processes through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines for efficient planning and movement of export and import cargo.
3. Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, customer movements, and market developments.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
