Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and onboard new clients for unsecured business loans.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
● Explain loan products clearly and assist clients throughout the loan application process.
● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
● Ensure timely collection of required documents and follow up on loan processing.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
● Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Requirements:
● Minimum 6months of experience in loan sales, with preference for unsecured business loans.
● Prior experience in NBFC or Financial Institutions is highly preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
● Sound knowledge of loan products and the financial services market.
● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: Upto 25,000(based on experience)+incentives+petrol allowances

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
