Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Supervise day-to-day work activities of the team.
- Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure production/work targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain attendance and monitor manpower utilization.
- Ensure quality standards are followed.
- Maintain workplace discipline and safety.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily work and production reports.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Train and guide new employees.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
