We are looking for a visionary leader capable of managing end-to-end business operations while building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth.
Location: NABARD Road, Orathur, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per Month
(Based on Experience, Skills & Industry Expertise)
Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 5+ Years of Professional Experience in Operations Management
✔ Proficiency in Tamil, English & Hindi (Mandatory)
✔ Strong expertise in End-to-End Business Operations
✔ Proven track record in Leadership, Team Development & Performance Management
✔ Ability to oversee Production, Logistics, Administration, Procurement & Business Growth Initiatives
✔ Experience in the Fertilizer, Agriculture, Agro-Chemical or Related Industry will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall business operations across departments
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure seamless coordination between Production, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Administration
Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and profitability metrics
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable business strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations
