What would you do? he Social Ops Executive is the primary, hands-on executor responsible for ensuring the seamless, compliant, and timely delivery of social media content across all assigned markets. This role manages the full operational pipeline, including technical publishing, content calendar implementation, foundational analytics reporting, and essential account governance. The Executive is expected to act as the operational bridge, translating strategy into error-free execution while proactively identifying and escalating performance issues and technical risks. This role is critical for operational reliability and brand safety. By owning the execution and QA processes, the Executive directly impacts the integrity of the content schedule and prevents costly publishing errors or compliance breaches. They ensure data integrity by accurately tagging all content and provide the foundational performance insights needed
What are we looking for? ESSENTIAL Experience Required? 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing and social content management.? Demonstrated working experience in social media strategy, content calendar development and campaign execution.? Past experiences from FMCG and e-commerce industries are preferred.? Strong understanding of how social media platforms, algorithms and trends impact consumer behaviour and brand performance.? Experienced in managing international social media teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.? Hands-on experience working in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team setups.? Experience managing approval coordination across teams.?? Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required? Good analytical skills to translate social media data and insights into actionable strategies.? Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written. Is well-versed with social media and performance storytelling.? Savvy presentation skills.? Strong project management and organization skills. Comfortable with planning, prioritizing, executing and optimizing.? High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.? Proficient and have hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite and Brandwatch, Talkwalker as well as native platform analytics.? Roles and Responsibilities: •Content Publishing & Delivery Own the end-to-end process of content scheduling and publishing across all required social platforms, utilizing dedicated social media management software. Rigorously execute the content calendar implementation, ensuring all assets are correctly localized, tagged, and deployed according to deadlines. Perform meticulous QA checks on all scheduled content, confirming adherence to brand, compliance, and platform specifications. Support the approval coordination across legal and global teams during the publishing phase. Ensure live posting during events where the global and/or DRBU team is providing content coverage. Account Management & Governance Execute essential social account oversight tasks, ensuring all platform profiles are optimized, compliant, and current. Manage account accessibility and user permissions logistics, working to uphold strict security and governance standards globally. Troubleshoot and optimise social account set up in line with best practice and platform policies. Provide direct operational support for campaign set up and activation, ensuring all technical requirements are met prior to launch. Collaborate with DRBU teams to identify synergy opportunities between organic content and paid boosting efforts. Foundational Insights & Optimization Execute performance monitoring on all published content post-launch, quickly flagging any technical issues or unexpected audience reactions. Apply correct campaign metadata and tagging across all content to enable accurate global reporting and data integrity. Utilize basic analytical skills to assist in tracking key performance KPIs and delivering foundational reports. Perform analytics of 3rd party creator and partner led content.
