We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience.
Your Role
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and support queries
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, services, and complaints
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
- Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain records and follow up on pending cases
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems efficiently
