Job Description: Cogent E-Services is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Non-Voice (Email/Chat) and Sales process. The role involves handling customer queries through email/chat, providing accurate solutions, maintaining service quality, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Non-Voice Customer Support or Sales
- Languages: Good English and any one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through email/chat.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT.
- Promote and sell products/services whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Meet quality, productivity, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
