Navyug Ayurveda is looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Agents who are fluent in Hindi to promote our Ayurvedic products. You will interact with potential customers over the phone, understand their health concerns, and guide them toward suitable wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand their health issues and offer appropriate Ayurvedic solutions
- Clearly explain product benefits and usage
- Convert leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested leads regularly
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
- Ability to understand customer needs and build trust
- Basic computer/smartphone operation skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
- Prior telesales or customer support experience is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass with 65% or above (Graduates preferred)
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken) is a must
- Experience in telesales, BPO, or health sector preferred
- Interest in Ayurveda/Wellness is an added advantage
