About the Role:

Operate Equipment like reactor, filter Press, Mixer, FBD, Pulveriser, Vibro Shifter, and blender etc...

Manage all operations according to required safety measures

Maintain record of everyday readings for all compressors and processing equipment’s and ensure optimal level of production.

Online record filled and maintain the record (I.e. BMR , Log Book , Status board etc.)

Resolve all operating issues in same and perform regular periodic maintenance on all equipment’s.

Ensure work site free of any wastage and maintain neat and clean at plant Area.

Maintain all Utility operations safely and manage all power consumption

Manage all plant operation and emission data and maintain safety and efficiency in plant and provide training to all subordinates
-
Uses of PPE during the work and maintain the safety and supervise of subordinate also for the safety.

Department head allocate to work as per requirement.

To complies with FSCC 22000 , ISO 9001:2015 , Halal , Kosher , GMP and statutory requirements .
