About the Role
As a Computer Science & IT QAL, you will review AI-generated technical content, code, troubleshooting workflows, and technical responses to ensure they are accurate, logically correct, secure, clear, and aligned with project guidelines.
You will also provide technical feedback to trainers and QAs, support onboarding, answer technical questions, and help maintain consistent quality across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Strong English communication and written feedback skills.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Programming, Systems, Networking, Databases, APIs, Cybersecurity, Debugging, and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify code errors, incorrect logic, security risks, hallucinated commands/APIs, and technical inaccuracies.
- Experience with AI Training, LLM Evaluation, Technical QA, or Technical Review is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Linux/Windows, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, cloud platforms, and common technical tools is preferred.
