Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for biotech equipment in the assigned area.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Market Development
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging markets in biotech, pharma, and research institutions.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients.
4. Operational Excellence
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support in coordination with service teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and market requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
