Key Responsibilities
· Supervise finished product activities for stainless steel furniture and metal components.
· Ensure proper finishing, polishing, assembly, and final quality inspection of products.
· Monitor mirror, matte, brushed, PVD, and other SS finish standards.
· Coordinate with fabrication, polishing, upholstery, glass, and assembly teams.
· Inspect finished products for dimensions, welding quality, scratches, alignment, and finishing defects.
· Ensure products are packed and prepared for dispatch as per company standards.
· Track production completion status and report daily output.
· Minimize rejection, rework, and finishing damages.
· Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatch schedules.
· Maintain records of finished goods, inspection reports, and pending corrections.
· Supervise manpower QC Team..
· Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
· 2-3 years of experience in stainless steel furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out industry.
· Strong knowledge of stainless steel finishing and furniture quality standards.
· Ability to understand technical drawings and finishing specifications.
Technical Skills
· Stainless steel polishing and finishing
· Furniture assembly and inspection
· TIG/MIG welding quality understanding
· PVD coating and mirror finish knowledge
· Quality control and defect identification
· Production coordination and dispatch handling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
