Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes as per company protocol
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
- Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a presentable reception area
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Assist HR/Admin team in daily coordination tasks
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the company
- Maintain office supplies inventory related to front desk operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/reception/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Experience in real estate / corporate office environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
