Trisama Media is a turnkey exhibition booth agency offering end-to-end services — 3D design, fabrication, branding, AV integration, installation, and dismantling — for exhibitors across India. We're looking for a talented 3D Exhibition Stall Designer to join our creative team on a permanent, work-from-home basis.
Role Overview
We're hiring a 3D Exhibition Stall Designer who can conceptualize and create compelling, buildable stall/booth designs for exhibitors participating in trade shows and expos. You'll work closely with our sales and client servicing teams to translate client briefs into eye-catching 3D visuals and technically sound designs ready for fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design 3D exhibition stalls/booths based on client briefs, budgets, and space specifications
- Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations
- Prepare detailed design layouts, elevations, and fabrication-ready drawings
- Incorporate branding elements, AV integration points, and structural requirements into designs
- Revise designs based on client and internal feedback within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with the production/fabrication team to ensure designs are practically executable
- Stay updated on exhibition design trends, materials, and industry standards
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience designing exhibition stalls/booths (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition/booth design work
- Understanding of fabrication materials, structures, and build feasibility
- Good communication skills to work with remote teams and interpret client briefs accurately
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines in a WFH setup
- Reliable internet connection and own workstation/hardware capable of running 3D design software
