BIM: MDM - Senior Director: 18+ years of experience in global program planning and execution for Data Management programs and Master Data Management solutions. This includes project plans, scopes, budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, and providing high-quality and insightful advice to our clients in terms of Cloud Data Management strategy, architecture, and operating model. Prior experience in delivering customer-focused Cloud Data Management solutions: Master Data Management System, Master Data Modelling, Data Quality Management, and Information Governance. Should have led in a Delivery Manager role in full life-cycle implementations and the delivery of major engagements on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on technical leadership to the delivery team.
CF: Sales Ops - Director: 15+ years of experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, sales enablement, CRM system management, and other related fields. Commercial operation leader role who will lead the development and provision of routine and ad hoc analytics to senior management regarding sales business development initiatives, customer segment performance, etc. Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, Sales planning, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Sales force automation. Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
CE- Incentive Compensation - Director: 12+ years of relevant experience in Incentive Compensation domain. Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more of these technologies: SQL, VBA, SAS. Must have worked on at least one Incentive Compensation tools: Varicent, Optymyze, Callidus, Xactly, Others. Must have lead teams on implementation of Incentive compensation solution. Must have worked on more than 2 incentive projects in past. Experience in either developing new solutions or business development (pre-sales) is a definite plus.
