We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable full-time Study Abroad Consultant specializing in Australia and New Zealand to join our team at our office in Chennai. The role involves guiding prospective students through the study abroad process, providing tailored advice on university and course selection, and assisting with applications, visa processes, and documentation.
The Study Abroad
Consultant will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest education policies and admissions requirements in Australia and New Zealand while ensuring clients receive timely and personalized support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the education systems, admissions processes, and visa requirements in Australia and New Zealand
- Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling (Australia/New Zealand preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in counseling or consulting, preferably in the education or study abroad sector
- Proficiency in research and familiarity with tools for collecting, analyzing, and presenting information effectively
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and documents
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
- Prior experience in an education consultancy or edtech organization is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
