About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business for a fast-growing Bath & Care brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital advertising, marketplace management, and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across company website and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and conversion metrics.
- Generate reports and identify opportunities to improve online revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure seamless order processing and an excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and implement growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic website management knowledge (Shopify preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplace platforms.
