Tenders Management (Pre-sales)Reading complete tender enquiry and preparation of short summary.Discussion with higher management for confirmation on participation (with showing payment terms, site location, completion period and approved make details.)Locking case with OEM.Preparation of pre – bid query and site survey points and arrange to get confirmation from client.Arranging site survey, if required.Co-ordination with project engineer and explaining them about site survey requirement.Arrangement of contractor’s rate with the help of project team.Arrange to get purchase prices from 2 – 3 OEM’s for each and every item (Apart from major products) for price comparison and for market survey.Preparation of working sheet.Preparation of point-wise compliance with detailed technical documents for approval for submittals.Final discussion with management for finalization of priced bid.After receipt of PO, Re-checking of PO and other terms and conditions.Conducting kick off meeting and handing over complete details, purchase price, working sheet details to project team for further process.Note down the mistakes in designing past projects / tenders for taking precaution in future.
