Job Overview:
- Position: Customer Relationship Executive
- Location: New Town, Kolkata (In-Person)
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, bridging the gap between customer interest and our design/real estate teams:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns and answer inbound inquiries regarding our interior and property services.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines to identify high-intent clients for our design and sales experts.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book site visits, face-to-face consultations, and virtual meetings for our senior interior designers and business development executives.
- CRM Management: Regularly update client details, call statuses, and follow-up notes in our database to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups with cold or warm prospects to keep our brand top-of-mind.
Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for energetic individuals who can easily build rapport over the phone.
- Language Proficiency: Must be completely fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali to effectively converse with a diverse clientele across Kolkata.
- Location: Must reside in Kolkata and be able to commute daily to our New Town office.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening.
- Mindset: Target-driven, patient, and capable of handling objections with a positive attitude.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is preferred.
Stipend & Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards consistency and performance:
- Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per month
- Structure: A fixed base salary (determined by experience and communication skills) + lucrative, uncapped performance incentives tied to deals closed.
