We are looking for Distribution Manager at PNB Metlife you will play a key role managing the company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage & grow distribution network, build nature & expand relationship with channel partners
- Recruitment & team development, onboard, training & mentor insurance advisor or sales partners for improve performance
- Strong analytical problem solving & decision making ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target driven environment
- Fresher & Experienced candidate may be considered
- Knowledge of insurance product ( Life, Health, Retirement plans) & IRDI regulatory norms ( not mandatory)
Qualification Required +2 & above
