About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions. This role requires strong expertise in IRM modules, enterprise risk frameworks, and translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and maintain risk taxonomies, control libraries, policy lifecycle processes, and compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and APRA.
- Develop and manage IRM capabilities including risk registers, issue management workflows, control testing, and audit lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow IRM with enterprise systems including SIEM tools, vulnerability management platforms, ERP systems, and third-party risk solutions.
- Create executive dashboards, risk heatmaps, and compliance reports to provide meaningful risk insights.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise platforms and security tools.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Delhi
